Rishi is a third-year student majoring in Economics. He has previously worked at District Capital Partners as an Investment Banking Analyst in their Technology M&A group. This summer, Rishi will be joining Guggenheim Securities as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.

Outside of VVF, RIshi is involved in AKPsi and the Global Markets Group. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, playing poker, and trying new restaurants in Charlottesville.

Rishi Jain, President

Veer is a third-year student majoring in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. He has previously worked at Norwest Venture Partners on their Growth Equity team. This summer, Veer will be joining Canaccord Genuity as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Outside of VVF, Veer is involved with AKPsi and Madison House. In his free time, he enjoys lifting, cooking, and watching soccer.

Veer Subandh, Chief Operating Officer

Pippa is a third-year student from Marin County, California double majroing in Computer Science and Physics in the School of Engineering and Applied Science. She has previously worked at Schonfield as part of the Girls Who Invest Summer Intensive Program. This summer, Pippa will be joining Blackstone as a Summer Analyst in their Multi-Asset Investing group.

Outside of VVF, Pippa serves as a representative on the Honor Committee and as a Teaching Assistant for the Finance Academy. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants in Charlottesville, playing polo with the Virginia Polo Club, and hiking.

Pippa Harris, Chief Investment Officer

Michelle is a second-year student from Knoxville, Tennessee, pursuing an Echols Interdisciplinary Major. This past summer, she conducted economics research on the Federal Reserve and financial markets. In 2027, she will be joining Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Outside of VVF, she is also involved with Global Markets Group, Delta Sigma Pi, 180 Degrees Consulting, Club Tennis, and Greek Life. In her free time, she enjoys playing the violin and harp, watching college football, and trying new restaurants.

Michelle Lin, Managing Director Impact Fund

Leo is a second-year student double-majoring in Finance and History. He has previously worked at Virgin Management. This summer, he will be joining Algebris Investments. In 2027, Leo will be joining Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.

Outside of VVF, Leo is involved in SEED consulting, UVA Club Baseball, and St Elmo Hall. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, watching college sports, and reading science fiction.

Leo De Giorgi, Managing Director of Impact Fund

Alec is a second-year majoring in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He has previously worked at Telescope Partners. This summer, he will be joining PeakSpan Capital as a Summer Analyst.

Outside of VVF, Alec is also involved in TAMID and other finance organizations on Grounds. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, staying active, and watching movies.

Alec Wachsman, Director of Projects

Ryan is a second-year student from Cleveland, Ohio majroing in Commerce and Computer Science. This summer, he will be joining Cleveland Research Company as an Equity Research Intern.

Outside of VVF, Ryan is involved in AKPsi and the Global Markets Group. In his free time, he enjoys reading, card games, and visiting aquariums.

Nicolas is a second-year student studying Commerce and Computer Science. He has previously worked at Spica Capital and as a math tutor. In 2027, he will be joining J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.

Outside of VVF, Nicolas is involved in the Global Markets Group, AKPsi, and the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society. In his free time, he enjoys pickleball, cooking, trying new restaurants, and playing sudoku.

Kyle is a second-year studying Computer Science and Commerce. Outside of VVF, Kyle is involved with the Indian Student Associations and VISAS. In his free time, he also enjoys playing basketball, reading, and traveling.

Sahi Balguri, Director of External and Alumni Affairs

Sahi is a second-year student majoring in Commerce and minoring in Public Policy. This summer, she will be joining Evermay Wealth Management as a summer intern.

Outside of VVF, Sahi is involved in IRO and VROP and enjoys going to concerts, watching sit-coms, and trying new cafes.
